This site is a tribute to Vuokko Koivumaki, nee Hokkanen, who was born in Kangasniemi, Finland in 1930.

Vuokko spent much of her life living in Gothenburg, Sweden, and later moved to London to be close to her daughter and grandchildren. She was a very big part of the family and very much loved.

Outside of family life, she touched people through her art, with exhibitions across Scandinavia and Europe spanning four decades.  

She also touched people through her wonderful positive spirit. She loved nature and found great joy and beauty from spending time outdoors.

She will always be remembered.
